So, yeah, my wife and I are Crossfitters, but not diehard paleos. But she is going whole-hog on the 6-week paleo challenge that we started this week, and so I, being the designated meal-maker, and supporting her efforts the best I can. But first and foremost I am interested in great food, not learning how to concoct some pancake-looking thing out of coconut flour. So you can expect this blog to focus on real food that just happens to fit the definition of paleo (more or less). Maybe this will evolve into us both becoming die-hard paleos, but for now we are just going to make some awesome food and see how it goes. The cruel irony, however, is that it's now November in New England, and that means a fast halt to the great local produce we've been enjoying for the last few months, which will make it all the more difficult and less inspiring to round up the produce required for all this! But, we forge on....
